> Apply for the unit as a group (everyone fills out an application)
Example: For a 6 bedroom house, you need 6 applications submitted specifying which room you'll be in.
> Once you're approved, we will draft your lease individually, so you are only responsible for your lease!
> Deposit your security deposit of $300, sign your lease, and relax!
